As production capacity expands, wastewater generation increases accordingly, necessitating the construction of an efficient wastewater treatment system to meet environmental discharge standards.
Project Challenges
Seasoning production wastewater is characterized by high organic concentration, deep color, and high salinity, making it difficult to treat. The project requires a daily treatment capacity of 12000m³m³, with effluent quality that must consistently meet national discharge standards. Due to its complex composition containing significant amounts of oils, proteins, amino acids, and other organics, conventional treatment processes are inadequate.
Solutions
Baiyuan Water Industry designed a combined process for Haitian Seasoning wastewater, featuring "Dissolved Air Flotation → Equalization & Pre-acidification → IC Anaerobic Reactor → A/O (Anoxic/Oxic) → Coagulation & Sedimentation → Decolorization → Discharge." The IC anaerobic reactor serves as the core treatment unit, efficiently degrading high-concentration organic matter while recovering energy via biogas production.

Key equipment includes: high-efficiency dissolved air flotation unit, IC anaerobic reactor, A/O biochemical reaction tank, secondary clarifier, coagulation sedimentation tank, decolorization device, sludge dewatering machine, automatic dosing system, and online monitoring instruments. All equipment is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials to withstand the high salinity of wastewater.
