Bojie Electronics' production lines require ultrapure water for cleaning precision electronic components and preparing solutions for testing equipment, with a required product water resistivity of >18.2 MΩ. Additionally, safe and convenient direct drinking water must be provided to employees in the office building, production facility, and dormitory. The project requires strategically routing piping across the three buildings to ensure stable water pressure at all usage points and compliance with water quality standards.
Solutions
Baiyuan Water Industry designed a comprehensive water treatment solution for Bojie Electronics. The ultrapure water system uses a "2-stage RO + EDI" process, maintaining stable resistivity above 18.2 MΩ to meet precision manufacturing requirements. The drinking water system employs centralized production with a recirculation network: stainless steel piping connects three buildings, with drinking terminals installed on each floor to ensure fresh water quality and optimal temperature.
Use Device
Ultra-pure Water System: Multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, single-stage RO unit, double-stage RO unit, EDI module, terminal mixed-bed polisher, and online water quality monitor. Drinking Water System: Commercial RO water purification unit, stainless steel circulation piping, smart drinking terminals on each floor, and scheduled circulation disinfection device. Production capacity: 1 T/H ultra-pure water plus ample supply of potable water.
