Project Requirements

As a leading food and beverage company in China, Robust demands the highest standards for production water quality. Production water must comply with the "National Food Safety Standard for Packaged Drinking Water" (GB 19298-2014), while bottled water production lines require high-flow, highly stable purified water supply capabilities.

Baiyuan Solutions

Baiyuan Water Industry designed a dual-stage reverse osmosis (RO) pure water system for the Robust Guangzhou production base. The system employs dual-stage RO technology, delivering higher-quality permeate than single-stage RO. It effectively handles seasonal fluctuations in feedwater quality, ensuring consistently stable effluent water quality.

System Process Flow:
Raw water → Manganese sand filtration → Quartz sand filtration → Activated carbon filtration → Softening treatment → Precision filtration → Single-stage reverse osmosis → Double-stage reverse osmosis → UV sterilization → Ozone disinfection → Product water
